How do I return my goods?
All goods can be returned to us within 28 days of receipt of your order for a refund, providing they are in an unworn condition with the tags intact and in their
original packaging. All postage costs are non-refundable.

Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted for a refund. Please note we do not provide a free returns service unless the goods are faulty or sent in error. Please fill out the returns form that came with your parcel and include it with your package.

Please ensure you receive proof of postage for your own records as AMBRE CLOTHING cannot be held responsible for parcels that get lost in the post.

What is your refunds process?
Due to the Pandemic, please allow extra time for your returns parcel to arrive back to us. As soon as we have received your goods, we will process your refund and notify you that this has been actioned. All refunds are via the original method of payment.

For international customers, all goods can be returned to us within 28 days of receipt of your order for a refund providing the goods are in an unworn condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging. All postage costs, including customs duties, local sales taxes, handling charges or any other costs, are non-refundable. Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted for a refund.

We are sorry but we are unable to provide an exchange. You will need to return the unwanted goods and then make a new online purchase.
